About Mike Hewson: Shearing
My Story
I started in 1995, I am a sheep shearer located in the heart of Lincolnshire, UK. I used to be in a couple of gangs and sheared commercial sheep, getting up to 180 sheep a day, but I now prefer to shear pet sheep slow and steady, as well as doing demonstrations and family petting farms such as Hardy's Animal Farm and White Post Farm, promoting sheep shearing where I can and trying to get more people to take it up.
I also advertise other shearers that can help out, mainly for pets, as well as pointing people with sheep how to track down the sheep shearers in their area.
I am dedicated to shearing pet sheep to a high standard and with care.
